Ingredients Kiwi -2 chopped brown sugar- 2 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp jaljeera - 2 tbs[ Soda  Crushed ice Sugar syrup- 3 tbsp. Method Add brown sugar and lemon juice . American chopsuey

Ingredients Tomatoes- 1/2 kg Noodles- 2 packets Capsicum- 2 pcs ( Chopped lenght wise) Carrots- 2 pcs ( Same) Onions- 2 pcs( Same) Cabbage- 1 small piece Pineapple- ( Same) Sugar Ajinomotto Soya sauce chilly sauce tomato ketchup oil for frying Water corn flour- 3 tbsp Recipe  Boil the noodles with salt and 1 tbsp oil. After boiling wash it with cold water and keep it aside after oiling it. Now fry them on high flame. boil the tomatoes and beat them well to make tomato paste. Now mix corn flour in the water. Add tomato paste, cornflour mixture, salt, pepper and sugar in a pan and keep it on medium flame. Stir it continuously. After 10 minutes, when it becomes thick turn off the flame. Mix all the sauces as per the taste and add all vegetables to it. Put Fried Noodles in a plate and  pour gravy on it.... You may garnish it with baby corns and Pineapple And Grated Cheese....

Vegetable Biryani

Ingredients Basmati Rice- 250 gm Potatoes- 2 pcs fried Peas- 75 gm boiled cauliflower- 150 gm fried capsicum - 2 pcs Tomato- chopped Cashew nuts and Raisins   Saffron- 1/4 tsp.(Half teaspoon hot water) Ghee- 6 tbsp Salt Green coriander cheese Spices Recipe/Method Ginger, black cardamom, green chilly, cloves, cinemom, Mint leaves, couscous, red chilly( Beat them properly) Boil rice in a big vessel mix rice salt and saffron and keep aside Take ghee, pudina in a pan fry cashew nut in pan  Now mix all spices and mix all vegetables. cook for some timeMix coriander leaves take a baking dish and grease it with ghee. spread vegetable layer,then rice and grate chese, again spread vegetable layer and rice and cheese. bake it for 20 - 25 min. Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins

Jalebi Recipe

Ingredients- Maida Flour-1 and 1/2 cup Gram flour- 1 and 1/2 tsp. Curd- 2 tsp. Baking powder - 1/4 tsp. Corn flour- 1 tsp Oil- 1 tsp Water Ghee Sugar syrup Sugar - 2 cup Cardamom Yellow color Water -1 cup Pour sugar, cardamom , water in a pan, boil it while stirring it continuously. Turn off the burner after 2-3  boils and mix color in the small quantity. Recipe Mix maida flour, gram flour, curd and oil, add water to make a thick batter. Now keep it for 3 to 4 hours, Then add cornflour and baking powder. Mix water if required. Pour the batter into the Jalebi maker. Heat the ghee firstly on burner with low flame. Remove the cap of nozzle and make Small net in the oil. Fry these small nets and then pour them into the sugar syrup. Place them into Serving dish.

Manchow Soup

Ingredients Carrot- 1(Fully chopped) Cauliflower- 2-3 flakes Capsicum- 1 (Fully chopped) Onion- (Fully chopped) Beans- 6-8(In diamond cuttings) Cabbage- 1/4(Fully chopped) Green chilies- 2 (Fully chopped) Ginger- Small piece( Fully chopped) Leaving capsicum,cabbage and green chilies. Boil all vegetables and ginger in 2 glasses of water and give a boil on low flame, Add capsicum , cabbage and chilies. Switch off the burner. How to make soup( 6-7 cups) Cornflour 2 tbsp Ketchup- 1 tbsp white vinegar  1 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tsp Chilly Sauce- 1tsp Ajinomotto - 1/4 tsp Coriander Leaves  Fried Noodles - half packet Water Salt Pepper Recipe Mix cornflour in 1 glass of water, put it on fire and stir it continuously. When it starts boiling and becomes a nit thick, Put vegetables and again let it boil. Add all Sauces and black pepper. balance the flavors.  Decorate it with coriander leaves and  fried noodles

Veg. Tomato fiesta

Ingredients Bread - 8 slices tomato- 1 kg capsicum- 2-3 pcs (Chopped in round shape) Carom seeds (ajwain) Cheese - 150 gm(You may use mozzarella cheese) Butter- 2 tbsp. Salt Sugar Black Pepper Coriander leaves Recipe Toast the bread slices lightly. Skin the Tomatoes and chop it, put butter in the pan and add tomatoes. When these become thick, add sugar, salt, black pepper( As per taste).In the end add chopped capsicum and carom seeds. Dip the 4 slices of bread in the Tomato paste and put in the baking dish. Put Dipped capsicum on it. Grate cheese on it. then again put 4 bread slices on the already layer. Again grate cheese on it. Bake it for 5 min. at 150 degree and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Lemon Tea ( With and without Sugar )

Ingredients Lemon- Half per cup Water Ginger- Grated( Small Piece ) Dry Tea Leaves Indian black Salt Dry Mint Leaves Recipe Add half Lemon in the cup and black salt (1/10 Teaspoon to 2/10 teaspoon). Heat some water in the pan, add grated ginger and dry mint leaves at the time when it seems that water is going to boil soon.( Add Sugar 1 and 1/2 teaspoon at the time of boiling water per glass and boil it until all sugar gets mixed with water- incase with sugar) Add tea leaves when the water gets boiled and immediately switch off the burner, so that the color doesn't get dark. Immediately pour the tea in the glass with the help of sieve to avoid mixture of residuals with the tea.
